Stratégie économique : pour un développement durable et ambitieux !
Pornic Agglo compte 69 000 habitants, 22 000 emplois et 12 000 entreprises, avec une économie dynamique portée par l’agriculture, l’agroalimentaire, le commerce, le maritime, le BTP et le tourisme. Malgré une croissance de 10 % des établissements en quatre ans, le territoire fait face à des défis : manque de foncier, difficulté de recrutement, logement insuffisant, infrastructures de transport à améliorer et faible valeur ajoutée économique.
Pour y répondre, la stratégie repose sur huit axes : attirer des entreprises, développer un modèle durable, optimiser le foncier, renforcer l’offre de services et de formation, promouvoir la consommation locale, spécialiser l’économie, encourager l’économie productive et structurer des partenariats. L’objectif est de concilier développement économique et préservation du territoire.
